Interactive Meditation (iom2) is a self-regulation program that uses real-time biofeedback technology to monitor your heart rate and breathing. The iom2 aims to train the nervous system to feel safe, be more aware, regulated, resilient and more effective in response to challenges.The guided meditation is an immersive experience.

What is Guided Meditation?

Guided meditation is beneficial for all individuals. Specific research has been conducted on the benefits of guided meditation for those individuals who experience anxiety and depression or negative symptoms from trauma.

How does it work?

Simply clip the biofeedback sensory to your ear. This will measure your Heart Rate Variability (HRV) whilst you are meditating. Your HRV is a direct reflection of your internal state (stress or relaxation).

The device is plugged into your computer so it can be paired to a meditation journey. Each practice varies in length and difficulty. At the end of your practice you will be able to review your average HRV as well as resonance level.

HRV is a measure of the variation in time between heartbeats. A high HRV score indicates an insync state of arousal. The iom2 uses specific breathing, mindfulness and relaxation techniques to improve your HRV.

Your resonance score ranges from 1 to 100% and correlates directly to your HRV. The more insync you are the higher your resonance score and greater progress you will make during the interactive game.
